"Publisher/Editor" of a new Nationally Distributed, Quarterly Publication; Comedy The Magazine (CTM).

CTM,. will provide its readers with entertaining features on fashion, film, music, and television.  Including in-dept celebrity interviews as well as informative social commentary all centered on comedians.  In addition CTM will serve as a resources guide for up and coming comedians, for promoters, and other with a passion for comedic entertainment

Keeping true to he philanthropic philosophy, Flood has designated a portion of the magazine subscription proceeds to "A Nickel of Hope Inc" -girlz club, a non-profit organization founded by Flood, that enriches the lives of at risk girls.
